How much does a Prepaid Sikirapay Mastercard cost?
The monthly fee for the account and mobile app – 3,5€

Do I need to activate and register my card before using it?
Yes, you must activate your card before using it. You activate your card by following the attached instructions or on the website.
My balance on the card does not cover my purchase. Can I still use my card?
Yes, tell the cashier how much is to be deducted from your prepaid card and how much to pay with an alternative payment method. Please note that this process, to split the payment, may not be supported by all retailers.
I can’t find my card. What should I do?
Contact the card issuer immediately to report the lost or stolen card. If you have the app installed, you can lock your card yourself, if you find the card again, you just go into the app and activate it again.
Where can I use my card?
You can use your prepaid Mastercard wherever Mastercard is accepted – millions of locations worldwide and online. You can also use your card to pay bills online.
How long can I use my card?
You can make purchases on your prepaid SIKIRAPAY card until the card’s value is exhausted, or until the expiration date shown on the card.
How long does it take to get a card?
It takes between 5 and 10 days from the application date, provided that the requested information is correctly filled out.
What is the one-time card fee?
Card manufacturing cost and express mail cost.
How much money can I send per day?
You may send 2500 € per day, however, a maximum of 10,000 € per month.
Is the money transfer cost fixed no matter how much money I send?
Yes, this cost does not change. It costs 0€ at a time, even if you send 2500 € at a time.
How many cards can I apply for?
You can apply for 3 cards.
Can I get a card even if I have a late payment remark or remarks?
Yes, you can get a card even if you have a late payment remark or remarks.
Can I get a card if I do not live in the EU countries?
No, you can’t get a card unless you live in the EU countries.
Can I use the card outside Europe?
Yes, you can use the card in 210 countries worldwide at any place that accepts the Mastercard card.
Is the card safe?
Yes, the card is equipped with encrypted technology and 3D Secure.
What is 3DS?
3DS (also known as ‘Mastercard SecureCode’, ‘Identity Check’ and ‘Verified by Visa’) is a standard that reduces fraud and provides extra security to your online payments. Authentication is the process by which you identify yourself by sharing secure information that is available only to you. 3DS 2.0 is the latest version and provides a much smoother and safer process for you to authenticate your payments.
What is the use of Authentication?
Authentication provides an additional layer of security for online transactions, making it harder for fraudsters to gain access to your payment details.
Is the 3DS active on my card?
Yes, your card has been enrolled in Mastercard SecureCode (3DS) so that wherever you see the Mastercard SecureCode logo online, your card number will automatically be recognised during checkout. Your card provider is contacted during checkout to confirm your identity as the genuine cardholder.
Can you describe the authentication process?
You will receive a 6-digit One Time Password (OTP) for each online purchase you make at participating merchants. The OTP will be sent by SMS or by email to the mobile phone or email address which you have registered with your card provider. Simply key in the OTP on the authentication page displayed and press the ‘Submit’ button. Your card provider will then verify the OTP, and the transaction will be approved or declined.
How will I know whether the registered mobile number or the email address is the right one?
The partially masked mobile number and email address will be displayed on the authentication page so that you can check that those details are correct. If the mobile number and email address are incorrect, cancel the transaction and either update your information on the portal or contact Customer Services by calling 020-10 50 51
What if I suspect the fraud has occurred on my card?
If you ever suspect that a fraudulent purchase has been made using your card, contact Customer Services by calling 08 510 120 95 immediately.

Who can apply to become a partner?
Anyone over the age of 18 years and is Sikirapay Mastercard holder can fill in the application for a partnership.
How long will I receive a commission?
As long as the cardholders of the active cards, you have recommended, pay in annual fees.
Commissions have no time limit, but are entirely dependent on payments made by cardholders you have suggested.
When will I get paid?
Commissions are paid every month against the invoice with 30 days payment period.
Do I have to have my own company to work as your Partner?
You do not have to own a company to be able to work as our MP. You can work as our MP also as a private person, but to get your commission paid out, you must invoice us.
You can do this by either having your own company, being employed by a company or using a company that offers invoicing services to private persons.
Commission payout is only possible against the invoice you send to us every month.
How do I register?
In a few simple sentences, you should explain to us how you intend to work with the marketing of our cards. Your application will be reviewed within five working days. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you can start marketing our cards.
How do I select to chat in a specific language?
Click on the icon for chat, select language in the right upper corner, choose the language of your choice. The chat language shall switch to the selected language.
