I: HOW DO I BECOME A PARTNER

  1. a) You’ll likely be emailed invited by our Partners. Click on the link to access the Partner Application Form. Complete the form and send it to us.
  1. b) If you haven’t been invited, you may start by filling out the Card / Partner Application Form you may find on our site under “Become our Partner” or Sign In (Sign up).

Before you become our partner, you have to have our card. If you already have our card log in to your account and click on the “Apply for Marketing Partner status”.

The agreement that governs our cooperation will be emailed to you when your application is approved.

When the agreement is signed by both sides, you will receive “Marketing Partner status” which gives you the right to start working on recommending potential Prepaid Deluxe Mastercard and Sikirapay Mastercard customers and partners to the SP marketing platform.

Once you have the SP Marketing Partner status, SP will mail you the unique tracking link and an email address opened in your name. Your unique tracking link is your id card in our system. The link registers all events related to you which are reported to your partner account.

You can now log in to your Partner account.

As you have signed in to your account, you can start inviting prospects by clicking the “Invite” button. Your unique tracking link is already inserted into the button “Invite.”

You may insert your unique tracking link in the advertising banner on your website or in a link in an email that you send to potential customers or display visibly on the flyers you distribute to potential Prepaid Deluxe Mastercard holders.

Each new partner application or person requesting a card and submitting the request via your link is listed in your Partner account and forms the commission calculation basis.

You can sign in to your partner account at any time to view a current balance.

For example, application status, or how many of the activated cards have paid in their fees, how many partners you have in your network (both direct and indirect) or how much you have earned in commission and much more.

We manage and maintain your partner account, so you do not have to worry about it.

II: COMMISSIONS. HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our mission is to recommend our card to as many people as possible who need the services our card provides.

You can recommend our card by yourself, or you could build up a partner network to reach much more people. Of course, you can combine both, recommend cards by yourself and through your partners.

A successful referral made by you or the partners in your network triggers a commission payout to you and your partners.

The commission can be earned in three (3) ways

  1. Selling cards by yourself
  2. Selling cards through your partners
  3. Recruiting new partners

III: CARD SALE COMMISSION

Your Marketing Network consists of:

Marketing Partner MP0 = You

Marketing Partner MP1= Partner recruited by You is your Direct Partner

Marketing Partner MP1,1 = Partner recruited by MP1,1 is  your Indirect Partner

1.Card sales made by yourself, by MP0

You are marketing partner MP0. You earn your commission by selling the cards yourself.

2.Sales made by marketing partner MP1 (your direct partner)

You recruit a new marketing partner. Let’s call him / her MP1. Every time MP1 sells a card, both MP1 and You receive commissions.

3.Sales made by marketing partner MP1,1 (your indirect partner)

You even receive a commission for all sales marketing partner, we call MP1,1 makes. MP1,1 is a marketing partner recruited by MP1. Every time MP1,1 sells a card, all of you, MP1,1; MP1 and You receive commissions.

Your marketing network consists of 3 levels vertically and unlimited number of partners horizontally. Any sale at any level gives rise to commissions to network members.

CALCULATING YOUR CARD SALE COMMISSION, HOW MUCH WILL I RECEIVE IN COMMISSION?

Commissions are paid as well for new as for renewed cards.

You will receive a commission payment of total 3€, for an active card , on an annual basis or 0,25 € every month.

For now, we calculate commissions month by month, but there is a possibility in the future to switch to the calculation and payment of commissions once a year.

The commission calculation period covers three (3) months. When 3 months have passed the program will calculate your commission for the past 90 days.

The commission amount paid to You has been calculated by summing all cards, (sold in own sales, sales by direct and indirect partners), meeting the “Active Card” condition for which monthly fees have been paid and multiplying by 0,25 €, in the current period. The program does it. Once the commission calculation for the current period has been completed, we will send you a calculation file to invoice SP. The commission calculation period covers 90 days.

IV: COMMISSION FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF NEW PARTNER

Your Marketing Network consists of:

Marketing Partner MP0 = You

Marketing Partner MP1= Partner recruited by You is  your Direct Partner

Marketing Partner MP1,1 = Partner recruited by Mp1,1 is your Indirect Partner

1.Partner recruitment made by yourself (MP0=You)

You are marketing partner MP0. You earn your commission by personally recruiting new partners. You recruit a new marketing partner. Let’s call him / her MP1.

2.Partner recruitment made by marketing partner MP1 (your direct partner)

MP1 recruits a new partner. Let’s call him/her MP1,1. Every time MP1 recruits a new partner, both MP1 and You (MP1) receive commissions.

3.Partner recruitment made by marketing partner MP1,1 (your indirect partner)

You even get a commission for all recruitments that marketing partner, we call MP1,1  makes. MP1,1 is a marketing partner recruited by MP1. Every time MP1,1 recruits a new partner, all of you MP1,1, MP1 and You receive commissions.

Your marketing network consists of 3 levels vertically and unlimited number of partners horizontally. Any partner recruitment at any level gives rise to commissions to networks members.

There is no limit to the number of marketing partners you can recruit. You can recruit as many marketing partners as possible.

CALCULATING YOUR COMMISSION, HOW MUCH WILL I RECEIVE IN COMMISSION?

Commissions are paid as well for new as for renewed partner membership.

You will receive a commission payment of total 100€, for an active new partner or for a partner that has renewed membership , in your 3 levels marketing network, on an annual basis.

The commission calculation period covers three (3) months. After 3 months have passed we  will calculate your commission for the past 90 days.

The commission amount paid to You has been calculated by summing all new and renewed partner memberships, (recruited by you,  by your direct and indirect partners), meeting the “Active Partner” condition. (partner has paid in annual partner fee) in the current period. The program does it. Once the commission calculation for the current period has been completed, we will send you a calculation file to invoice SP. The commission calculation period covers 90 days.

V: COMMISSION PAYOUTS

After three (3) months, you will invoice the SP.

SP shall pay your commission-only against the invoice to the bank account you have specified or your Mastercard account. Your invoice will be paid within 30 days counted from the date the invoice is entered into our accounting system.

Commissions are paid out four (4) times per year

VI:  PROJECTION OF POTENTIAL CARD SALE COMMISSIONS

That is a calculation of potential commission.

It is no guarantee that you will achieve the amounts projected in the estimates.

It all depends on your efforts and your qualifications.

You can earn the commission by selling the cards by yourself as well as through your partners.

Your marketing network consists of:

Marketing Partner MP0 = You

Marketing Partner MP1= A partner recruited by you is your direct partner

Marketing Partner MP1.1= A partner recruited by MP1 is your indirect partner

There is no upper limit on how many marketing partners you can have in your network.

The more partners you have, the more cards will be sold, and the higher commissions you will receive.

We recommend engaging only partners who are genuinely interested in working with the project.

It will save you time and result in higher commissions.

Another important aspect. The more you support your direct partners, the more card your partners will sell.

Your marketing network consists of 3 levels vertically and an unlimited number of partners horizontally.

Any partner recruitment at any level gives rise to commissions to network members.

Each partner is supposed to build its own marketing network.
