How to complete Card order application, send money, order an extra card

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

You have been invited by our partners to apply for our card. To make it a pleasant experience we will walk you through the application procedure. The application form is simple, so you should have no trouble completing it. Just follow the instructions below and it will go smoothly.

Before starting the application process, please prepare these two documents that you will need later.

Document 1:
Take a picture of your ID card or driving licence front side. You can use your mobile phone camera. Save it to your computer or mobile phone.

Document 2:
Take a picture of a document with your name and address easily visible. For example, ID card, employment contract, electricity bill, water bill, rent bill, loan repayment, tax agency etc. You can use your mobile phone camera. Save it to your computer or mobile phone.

Lets start.

I. CARD ORDERING STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
You have received an Invitation to register for our card. Click on “REGISTER”
If you do not see the Invitation in your Inbox, check out the Spam box.

If you have not received any invitation by our partner go to www.sikirapay-partner.com “GET THE CARD” to complete the application.

– STEP 2-
Select Language

Enter your personal data in the application form.

“Password”:
Choose your own password. A password must consist of at least 8 characters and must include Uppercase, lowercase, at least one number and special character as ?!# etc. For example NK8975pr!?

Website
Only if you are applying for a Marketing Partner and have a website. If you do not have a website just continue. That is not an obligatory field.

Zipcode = Postleitzahl

Click on “NEXT”

Click on NEXT

If you do not see the image below it means that something went wrong. Do not worry. There is always a solution.

Go to www.ppdl.eu to continue registration. Click on GET THE CARD
Now you will see the image below. You may continue with your application.

-STEP 3-
Type in the same email address as above

– STEP 4-
We have sent an email to your email address.

Click on “Verify email” (see picture below)

Your email address has been verified. You should see the image below.

– STEP 5- (picture below)

Enter your personal details. For example, we have filled out our colleagues’ data, please replace it with your own.

Password: Type in the same password as above

If your name is not on the door, write in the “Address line two”
C / O (the name of the person whose name is on the door)

“Date of birth”. If you find it easier you can write directly in the row, you do not have to use the calendar. Date, month, year.

Enter your telephone number as +46705565434 (+, country code, phone number)

Confirm source of funds
Select one option. For example, we have chosen “Salary”

Click “NEXT”

-STEP 6-
Choose as below

CLICK “NEXT”

– STEP 7-

Upload files (the pictures you saved on your mobile phone or computer).

If you have not done it yet here is a short description of what you have to do.

Add files (see image above). Very important. If both files are not uploaded, the account will not be approved.

1. Take a picture of the front side of your ID card (use a mobile phone camera).
Click on “Your ID” and add the photo.

2. Take a picture of a document with your name and address easily visible (use a mobile phone camera) (for example, ID, employment contract, electricity bill, water bill, rent bill, loan repayment, etc.).
If your name is not on the door, write in the “Address line two”
C / O (the name of the person whose name is on the door). Otherwise, the card will be returned.

Click on “Proof of address” and add that image.

These files cannot be larger than 3,5 MB and must be in jpg or png. format.
It can take up to one minute to upload the files. Be patient.

When the files have been uploaded, click “NEXT”.

– STEP 8-

You should have no problem. Uploading photo files can take up to 1 minute.
Please pay attention to the size and format of the file.
Pictures file size NOT larger than 3,5 MB and in jpg or png format.

If you have successfully completed your application, you should see the image below. If not, try again. Start with STEP 1.

WELL DONE!
You have completed the ACCOUNT APPLICATION form.

Your account should be approved within 24 hours.

As soon as you have been approved and your account set up, you will receive an email from us. So check your email pretty often. It can go faster than 24 hours.

Now, while you are waiting for your account approval, download our  PREPAID DELUXE  mobile phone APPLICATION.
IPhone owners should click on “App Store” and others on “Google Play”. Type in the search field PREPAID DELUXE. See the picture below.

– STEP 9- YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN APPROVED

Once you have received the email that your account has been approved (see the picture below)

you should:

Click on Prepaid Deluxe app icon on your phone (see the picture below). If you have not done it yet do it now. IPhone owners should click on “App Store” and others on “Google Play”. Type in the search field PREPAID DELUXE

or

SIGN IN to your account on www.ppdl.eu and follow step by step instructions to complete your card order.

The images below show step by step what you have to do. Just follow the instructions.

Click on “ SIGN IN”

Enter your email and password and click on SIGN IN. The same email address and password you have chosen in your application.  (view the image below)

We have sent a verification code (OTP-one time password) to your email to make sure you are the account owner. Enter the code and click SUBMIT

Now you have signed in to your account.

Click on “Card icon” first, then on “Add a new card”

To order a card, you have to deposit no less than 30€.
15€ will pay card production cost and express delivery to your address.
2,5€ go to account opening payment,
3,5€ covers the first monthly fee for the card and application.
The remaining money you can use as you find appropriate.

Click on “Continue to top up”, the image below

Type in the AMOUNT you want to load. Applicants from Sweden should set the amount to at least 300sek, applicants from Germany should set the amount to at least 30€.

Click on “LOAD CARD”

1. Click on ADD NEW CARD for the next step.

Now we have to add already existing card in to our system. From this card the 30€ will be drawn. Yours or somebody others VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MAESTRO, DINERS etc. This card you can use later to top up your Prepaid Deluxe Mastercard.
 

2. Enter the details of your card or someone’s card. It can be any card, such as VISA, Mastercard, American Express,Maestro etc., with a CVC2 code ( 3 digits on the backside of your card).

If you have a card that only shows the year through which the card is valid, this means that the card is valid through December that year. You fill in an expiration date like in the example below 
MM: 12 Year:2024

Click on ADD CARD

You will be contacted by your bank to verify this transaction.

To add a new card to the system, a one-time fee of €0.85 will be charged to your account.

See the pictures below.

Now, you have successfully added a new card. You may add more cards. Your own cards or someone else’s cards.
From the card you select, the money will be withdrawn.
The card must be opened for Internet and foreign purchases.

Click on the card you want to use for transaction *********…. It’s supposed to turn black.

Click “TOP UP”, the picture below.

Now the bank will be contacted and the card owner will have to verify the transaction.

3. If everything has been done right, you should see the same image as below, if not try again.

4. The transaction is successfully completed, you can view the account balance.

5. You have topped up your account, you may proceed to order your card by clicking on the “Card icon” ( to your left) and “Add a new card” ( to your right)

6. Select “I agree with the Terms & the Conditions” and click on “GET YOUR CARD NOW”. See the image below

7. Choose your own PIN (Personal Identification Code). The PIN code is your code. Only you should know this digit combination. Don’t share this with anybody.

Click on CREATE PIN AND CONTINUE
8. Your card is ordered. On average, it takes between 5 to 10 days for the card to be delivered to the address you entered in the application.

10. Good news.
The wait is finally over. You have received your card. You must activate your card before you can use it.
LOG IN at www.ppdeluxe.se or click on the Prepaid Deluxe icon on your phone.
If you are not sure how and where to do it, I will explain again step by step.

SIGN IN
Enter Email: the one you specified in the application
Enter Password: the password you specified in the application
When you log in to your account

1. Click on the card icon to your left side (below the red arrow)

2. Click on “ACTIVATE CARD”

ENTER THE 4 (FOUR) LAST DIGITS ON YOUR CARD (PAN NUMBER,) IN THE ROW UNDER THE CARD PICTURE OR IN THE BOX..
CLICK ON “ACTIVATE CARD”

GREAT!!!
Now you are ready to discover all the benefits of the card, and there are many.
You can use the card wherever Mastercard is accepted.
Click on “LOAD” to add more money to the card or “SEND MONEY” to send money to the family or friends, lock / unlock the card after/before the purchase and all that with one touch.
The money is available immediately.

 
II. HOW TO TOP UP YOUR ACCOUNT – CARD STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

1.    Click on  PLUS mark in the app on your mobile phone.

2.    CLICK ”LOAD CARD”

3.    ENTER AMOUNT IN THE  BOX.

CLICK “LOAD CARD”

4.    SELECT CARD

CLICK ON THE CARD YOU PREFER TO USE

5. CLICK ON TOP UP

6.    YOU WILL BE ASKED NOW BY YOUR BANK TO VERIFY THE TRANSACTION.

START YOUR MOBILE BANKING IDENTIFICATION OR ANY OTHER BANKING IDENTIFICATION APPLICATION. YOU USE IN YOUR COUNTRY

YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY TOPED UP YOUR ACCOUNT. PAYMENT VERIFICATION SUCCESSFUL

1.    REPEAT THE PROCEDURE ANY TIME YOU WANT TO TOP UP YOUR ACCOUNT.

 

 III. HOW TO SEND MONEY – STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Click on  PLUS mark in the app on your mobile phone.

Click on SEND MONEY

You will see the image below

Now you need a CUSTOMER REFERENCE CODE to the person you are sending money to.
To see your CUSTOMER REFERENCE code click on the icon below the arrow. The person you are sending money to should do the same in hers phone.

Now you see your CUSTOMER REFERENCE code. The image below shows the test customer reference code. Replace it with the code of the person you are sending money to.

Enter the CUSTOMER REFERENCE CODE of the person you are sending money to.

CLICK ON NEXT to see the image below
Select YES if correct or NO if incorrect.

If you have selected YES, you will see the image below.
Type in  “Amount”
Click “TRANSFER”
The money is immediately available to the recipient.

 
HOW TO ORDER CARD Nr. 2

You can order (2) two cards.
When you have completed your first card order you may order card nr. 2.
Ask our partner to send you a new INVITATION or
Go to www.sikirapay-partner.com
Click “GET THE CARD”
Pay attention to the following:
Before you start filling out the application you have to have a new email address ready.
You cannot use the same email address you already have used in the application for the card nr. 1. You have to use a different email address in the card nr. 2 application form. If you don’t have one yet you can easily open a new email address on Google mail.

Complete the Card application form.

For example.

Card number 1. application
You filled in your personal data in the application and used the email address: sunshine@gmail.com

Card number 2 application
You fill in your personal data, but use a different email address. For example: greattime@gmail.com

In “You have been recommended by” write the name and the referral code of our partner who recommended to you the card nr. 1.

A small reminder

€3.5 will be automatically withdrawn from your account (monthly fee) each month. Make sure you have enough money in your account.
